Try TideReply, set up your chatbot, test it with real visitors, and if it's not right for you, we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Available to first-time TideReply subscribers only.
  • The refund must be requested within 14 calendar days of your first payment.
  • Limited to one guarantee claim per business entity.

What's Covered

The guarantee covers a full refund of your first subscription payment, whether you chose a monthly or annual plan. The full amount of that first payment will be returned — no partial deductions, no hidden fees.

How to Claim

Simply send an email to billing@tidereply.com within 14 days of your first payment. Include the email address associated with your TideReply account. You do not need to provide a reason or justification — we respect your decision.

We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

After Your Refund

  • Your TideReply account will be deactivated.
  • All associated data (knowledge sources, conversations, embeddings) will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
  • You may re-subscribe to TideReply in the future, but the money-back guarantee will not apply to subsequent subscriptions.

Fair Use

This guarantee is offered in good faith and is limited to one claim per business entity. Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim the guarantee is prohibited and may result in denial of the refund. TideReply reserves the right to deny guarantee claims that we reasonably determine to be abusive.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I upgrade my plan during the 14-day period?

The guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment. Upgrade charges are not covered under the guarantee but may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.

What if I request a refund after 14 days?

After the 14-day guarantee period, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis under our Refund Policy.

Does the guarantee apply to annual plans?

Yes. If you chose an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund of the annual subscription amount.

Can I keep my data after a refund?

No. Upon refund and account deactivation, all data is deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. You may export your data before requesting a refund.
