Import
Click Import Help Center. Your articles appear in your knowledge base shortly.

Notion
- 1
Connect Notion
Go to Knowledge Base, click Notion, then Connect Notion. Notion asks which pages to share with TideReply: choose the pages your answers are on.
- 2
Choose the pages
Back in TideReply, every shared page is ticked. Untick any you don't want, then click Import N pages.
If you keep every page ticked, pages you share with TideReply later are included the next time you re-sync.
- 3
Re-sync after changes
Notion pages don't update on their own. After you change them in Notion, open the Notion source in Knowledge Base and click Re-sync from Notion.
Up to 300 Notion pages can be imported. Disconnecting Notion removes the imported content from TideReply. Nothing in your Notion workspace changes.
