A text entry is the quickest way to teach TideReply something: your return process, what's in a gift box, how to book a fitting. It's live the moment you save it.
- 1
Open Text entry
Go to Knowledge Base and click Text entry.
- 2
Write it
Give it a Title (for example "Return policy") and write the Content. A text entry can hold up to 50,000 characters.
- 3
Save
Click Add Text. It's live right away.
Write so the AI can use it
- Write questions the way customers ask them, followed by the answer. For example: "Can I return a sale item? Yes, within 30 days, unworn and with tags."
- One topic per entry keeps things easy to find and update.
- Be specific. "Orders ship within 2 working days from Kaunas" answers more questions than "We ship fast".
- Say what you don't do, too. "We don't ship to PO boxes" stops the AI from handing that question to your team.
For facts that change often (holiday hours, a delayed product), use a business note instead. See Tell the AI what changed.
Change it later
Open the entry from Knowledge Base to edit or delete it. Edits are live once you click Save.
